As registered professionals, MAP AFRICA’s management team, are all members of the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). We are also SABS accredited in terms of our “Quality Control” processes. MAP AFRICA recognises the impact it can make to social transformation and is committed to training skills transfer and social responsibility.
We are totally committed to the empowerment of all persons affected by the past legacy of discrimination. On a professional level, we firmly believe that education, more especially further education, combined with the necessary exposure to real life conditions are the key to successful self-growth.
Both the interpretation and understanding of affirmative action and human resource development varies considerably. We believe that it should not be an action plan to suit the circumstance but rather a reflection of one’s general attitude to recognise and correct the inequalities that exist within our society.
